Application Administrator

Our client, a fast growing company, is actively searching for an experience Application Administrator.  This person will be part of the companies Core Infrastructure team and will have direct responsibility for the Linux environment, all application servers (Jboss and Tomcat), application firewalls (currently running Baracuda), and software builds (Hudson).

Requirements:

• Strong Linux skills
• Recent experience working with Application Servers like Jboss, Tomcat or Websphere
• Great communication skills & a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to thrive in a Java development environment and work closely with a development team
• Experience planning and managing multiple upgrades

Nice to have skills include experience with Cisco ASA firewalls and Catalyst switches.

Compensation range is $80,000 – $95,000 plus benefits.
