Prior to his recruiting experience Paul worked in Commercial Real Estate brokerage and property management where he worked for Bank of America Corporate Real Estate and Clark Financial.  He is one of the three founding partners of ConnectPoint.   Paul has  placed hundreds of technology professionals during his career which makes him one of Utah’s most networked and successful IT recruiters.

Mike Aldous, Managing Partner / Technical Recruiter:

Over 11 years of technical recruiting experience. Following graduation from Brigham Young University in 1997 (BS in Psychology) Mike was employed by Franklin Covey Co.  Excelling in the marketing of leadership training courses to companies in the Midwest he was awarded the prestigious honor of “Presidents Club” over several years.

In October of 2000 was hired by one of the largest Executive Recruiting firms worldwide and learned the ropes of the IT Staffing world. In April of 2003 Mike left this firm to start ConnectPoint and has never looked back.   Mike is a great recruiter AND the father of 3 soccer playing daughters.
